Ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? If you're a lover of Italian cuisine, then this hands-on cooking class is perfect for you. Imagine spending three or more hours in a warm, professional kitchen, learning how to make fresh, handmade pasta and a variety of other authentic Italian dishes, all from scratch. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to make a variety of other dishes. Whether you prefer tagliatelle with ragù (Bolognese sauce, which takes hours to cook), tortellini, tortelloni with ricotta, ravioli, lasagne, starters, second courses or desserts, you'll be able to choose the dishes you'd like to make in advance. The class starts around 10 am and goes on for about 3 hours, then we will have lunch with what we prepared, with a glass of wine.

Learn how to turn a simple egg into a real dish starting from scratch! We will teach our secrets and guide you through the dough-making process. You'll be able to experience the local way of eating and drinking in Bologna thanks to this experience. We'll take you through a gastronomic journey which will make you discover what are the hidden places that only the locals knows and that you must try! The goal is to share with you what exactly our typical day would be, the classic outing we do with our friends and family, surprising your appetite and taste buds with + 15 foods and wine tastings! We'll start with a proper Italian breakfast in the best pasticceria in town! Then we will move on directly purchasing and tasting cold cuts, cheeses and breads, many different types but all belonging to the Area of Bologna, always accompanied by local wine. We'll visit an old family shop where we'll be tasting Aceto Balsamico! Then walking through the old town centre, we'll try two iconic homemade pasta in a classical Osteria Bolognese, always paired with another local wine. We will conclude with the best gelato in town!

In the heart of the "Mercato di Mezzo", surrounded by the aromas of the market, we will discover the oldest Osteria in the city that has quenched the Bolognese since 1465. With its simplicity and its attachment to old uses, "L'Osteria" is a journey through time around a glass of wine, where you can baste typical dishes and eat on the table while talking about the world and as the Bolognese say "fare balotta". Our immersion in the Bolognese nightlife will continue unveiling the most lively places in the city.
