Do you want to live a special and unique experience? Join our truffle hunt with Irene and her dog, Tep. Our authorized guide will guide you through the paths of the woods of Tuscany, telling you stories and legends related to the territory and the practice of truffle hunting. She will teach you to recognize the trees under which they grow, the ideal habitat for the growth of truffles, and how to cook and store them. The search will take time and patience, but when you will see Tep start wagging his tail and sniffing insistently near a bush or the root of a tree, sticking his nose in the ground deeper and deeper and digging, it will only mean one thing: the treasure has been discovered! And Tep will finally receive a greedy reward for the excellent work done. We can not know how many truffles Tep will be able to find, but one thing is sure: after a fun and tiring walk, you will return to the starting point, at our Villa, where you can also receive your well-deserved reward!

A hands -on experience designed for food lovers , allowing you to explore Tuscan cuisine in more depth than you would simply by eating in restaurants. We are located in the Chianti Classico area halfway between Florence and Siena, we are a farm that produces extra virgin olive oil and saffron. The passion for olive trees and oil has led us to want to make this wonderful reality known to all those who are interested in this product of our lands

Immerse yourself in a private cooking class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of the Italian cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

From the garden, where, in the warmer months, guests can eat their meal, the views of the surrounding vineyards are nothing short of breathtaking and truly help to put into context Chianti hills' widespread reputation as one of Italy’s most beautiful regions. You will love this experience because it is personalize your menu or leave it up to your hosts. Gorgeous rural setting and you can dine outdoors, weather permitting, our host produces olive oil and wine on his family-owned land.

During this class you will learn all the secrets of making pizza, starting with flours, continuing with techniques for making the best doughs and ending with toppings. A professional chef will guide you through the whole process and at the end of the class you will taste what you have prepared!

Take a look behind the wine cellar scenes during an exclusive Brunello barrel tasting. Hand in hand with the winemaker, you can taste and discuss the wines in a personal atmosphere in our vaulted cellar. Afterward, a set table awaits you, where you will get served 6 Brunelli with matching, individually developed Gourmet Bites.
