Since 1961, on the hills of S. Pietro di Ozzano, our family has been cultivating the vineyards with passion and competence. Careful and artisanal viticulture to produce quality Doc wines while respecting the environment with a 360 ° approach that goes beyond the standards of organic certification, obtained since last year. In 1995, Fausto decided to convert the cultivation of the vineyard to an “integrated pest management approach”. This represented the first step towards an organic agriculture. At the end of 90s, the production was changed towards the “Martinotti” or “Charmat” method, always searching for a clean and continuous product. Nowadays, with all of the wines in purity, the production of the “Fattoria Moretto” aims at expressing with personality the Lambrusco Grasparossa territory, showing a clear decision of Fausto and Fabio: they don’t focus on company policy based on quantity, but they prefer to have a management which leads to improve the quality of the product and service offered, with special attention to the peculiarity of the territory.

Despite being a new vinegar factory, its position nestled in the hills of Castelvetro di Modena, the best for the cultivation of Trebbiano Modenese, used in the production of balsamic vinegar, will allow you to fully experience the production process of balsamic vinegar.

We will take you to the discovery of this company which was born in 1993 with a first experimental vineyard in the Emilia Romagna region and today there are 7.4 hectares of cultivated land. We will tell you about our philosophy and how we put it into practice in the realization of our products.

The Randi Agricultural Company was founded at the end of the 19th century by the great-grandfather Luigi and evolved, as we know it today, after the end of the Second World War. The Randi brothers work in the company: Denis, who takes care of the technical part and care of the vineyard, and Massimo, who takes care of the commercial part and customer relations. The Randi company extends between the municipalities of Fusignano and Alfonsine, in the Romagna plain, on the border with the Marche and the Adriatic Sea. Always grape producers, since 1999 associated with the consortium "Il Bagnacavallo" for the production and enhancement of native grapes. Longanesi grapes, for the production of “Burson” wines; Famous grape, for the production of “Rambela” wines; Centesimino and Malbo Gentile grapes. Historical vines that find their natural habitat in this environment.

Furthermore, since the end of the 90s we have also opened a restaurant, which supplies itself only with local raw materials, of which you can taste some delicacies.
