At the end of 90s, the production was changed towards the “Martinotti” or “Charmat” method, always searching for a clean and continuous product. Nowadays, with all of the wines in purity, the production of the “Fattoria Moretto” aims at expressing with personality the Lambrusco Grasparossa territory, showing a clear decision of Fausto and Fabio: they don’t focus on company policy based on quantity, but they prefer to have a management which leads to improve the quality of the product and service offered, with special attention to the peculiarity of the territory.
