We will welcome at Pencil & Fork where we want you to feel as our home guest. You will enjoy a cozy kitchen completed equiped to work with Galican products brough directly from our local market. We all collaborate and cook two entrance a main and a dessert. After the hard work, what a better way to finish our gastro experience than by eating everything we have prepared with a nice local wine or beer, of course (all drinks are included). In this fantastic gastronomic experience participants will discover and Galician food specialties. Walking with a local guide through the most vibrant areas in A Coruña full of bars and restaurants, we will try two delicious galician tapas in two selected tapas-bar. Then, we will head to our tapas cooking class to finish eating what we have prepared. Of course, local wine and beers are provided.

This walk through the city of La Coruña is very pleasant and everything is told in German. We walk and drive through the city. That's why it's very interesting, because in the hours we're together, you can also choose the program in the order you need or want. I hope that you too can be thrilled with this experience. Cruise guests, pilgrims, tourists from all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland are always welcome. You will also get to know part of the English pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela. Join us for this special wine tasting with Galician cheese and a tapas lunch.

This is a gastronomic experience like no other at La Coruña to discover Galician specialities. After our ‘chocolate con churros’ at Pencil & Fork, we will visit with David, our local foodie, the vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo. A great opportunity to learn about the Galician gastronomic culture. David will buy all products we will need for the evening Cooking Masterclass. It will then be time for an ‘aperitivo’ so we’ll go to a local bar specialised in ‘vermouth’ to taste this aromatised wine. The vermouth will open our appetite, thus we will enjoy a tapas lunch and dessert at a fine ‘taberna’ nearby. The first part of our day will be over around 15:30 to have some free time. At 19:00 we’ll come back to Pencil & Fork for our Cooking Masterclass. After a welcome cocktail, we will all prepare a delicious seafood dinner poured with a nice local wine or beer too, of course.
