The guide will buy all products we will need for the cooking session and we will return to our kitchen just few minutes walking from the market. Once there we will be ready for roll up our sleeves and start cooking. We will finish eating everything we have prepared with a glass o local wine, red or white, is up to you. Are you in?

La Coruña is called the “Glass City” due to its unique architectural style of constructing “galerías” (enclosed glass balconies) onto the side of its buildings. We will do a "complete" itinerary of La Coruña, known as the City of Cristal, due to the small glass windows that cover the houses in the waterfront. This Galician region, known as Ribeira Sacra since the s. XII, is located in the south of the province of Lugo and north of Ourense, in the center of Galicia, around the courses of Miño and Sil. This is a gastronomic experience like no other at La Coruña to discover Galician specialities. After our ‘chocolate con churros’ at Pencil & Fork, we will visit with David, our local foodie, the vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo. A great opportunity to learn about the Galician gastronomic culture. David will buy all products we will need for the evening Cooking Masterclass. It will then be time for an ‘aperitivo’ so we’ll go to a local bar specialised in ‘vermouth’ to taste this aromatised wine. The vermouth will open our appetite, thus we will enjoy a tapas lunch and dessert at a fine ‘taberna’ nearby. The first part of our day will be over around 15:30 to have some free time. At 19:00 we’ll come back to Pencil & Fork for our Cooking Masterclass. After a welcome cocktail, we will all prepare a delicious seafood dinner poured with a nice local wine or beer too, of course.
