You'll prepare the famous Pane Giallo di Allumiere (The Yellow Bread of Allumiere) made with the traditional technique, with the flour obtained from the local organic wheat, the durum, with long leavening times, natural yeast, and cooked in a wood oven coming back to the 19th century.
