The Basics

Often overshadowed by Da Vinci’s groundbreaking mural, the convent’s church is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and important attraction in its own right. Explore both the interior and exterior of the building—from its Gothic nave to its elegant cloister—on a private guided tour with skip-the-line access to the church, refectory, and Da Vinci’s mural. Alternatively, many walking tours also include a visit to the church alongside other nearby highlights, including the Duomo Cathedral and Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio.

Last Supper is too important to miss if you are in Milan
We were not sure whether it was important to go see The Last Supper. We are so glad we did not skip this experience. Our guide was excellent about explaining so much about the history, symbolism and painting of this historic fresco. It was an extra bonus to see Santa Maria delle Grazie. By all means go on this tour.

Last Supper and Santa Maria delle Grazie Tour
Tour guide did not meet us at designated location but once we met up, all was good. Tour started 30 mins later than expected so warning to others, do not book anything immediately after expected end of the tour Or you’ll miss your appointment.

Last Supper and Santa Maria delle Grazie Tour
Great guide , Really a nice experience overall. Reach early so tour starts and you get full worth. You get know the history of Santa Maria del Gracias, how painting escaped the World War 2 bombing, while other parts were demaged and restoration work done over years
