A very nice tour, where we had the luck to be the only ones to participate. Our guide was very knowledgable and patient and had lot`s of interesting stuff to tell. In my opinion the best way to get to know Montmatre within a quick timeframe. I can only recommend - high value for money!

My husband and I had a great tour with Romain! We loved the small/intimate size of the tour- it was just the two of us and the tour guide! Monmarte is definitely my favorite area in Paris because of the quaintness of its streets and the history we learned about from our guide. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a taste of the area & local culture!

We booked this tour last minute basically because we weren't sure what we wanted to do on our last day in Paris. We decided to take this tour the day before and it was one of the few tours left to book, so we were lucky to get it. The tour guide was AMAZING! (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name.) We ended up being the only 2 on the tour (another couple didn't show) so we had plenty of time to ask questions. We toured the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, outside and inside (whispering only of course), as well as the artist square and the famous La Maison Rose and the bust of Daida. She spent so much time explaining really cool facts about this area of Paris. She was very knowledgeable as this was our first time to the area. Our tour was about 2 hours and she insisted we tour the St. Pierre de Montemartre next door as well as go up the steps to the top of the Sacre Coeur after the tour was over. In addition to being a fabulous tour guide, she was also an awesome personal photographer! She made sure to stop for photos and even volunteered to take them, giving us the best angles and telling us where the best places were to take pictures (lighting, background, etc). It was so fun! We felt like we booked a personal photo shoot as well. She was really great. We learned a lot and we had a lot of fun. I am so glad we booked this tour. We loved this tour so much, that we ended up spending the entire day & evening in Montemartre, exploring all of the areas she suggested we go. It was a great day and a great memory of our trip.

Everything was wonderful & so nice to have someone guiding & pointing out everything along the way. Very knowledgeable, we all had an great and easy time talking.

This is the first time we have done a guided walking tour. I wouldn’t have done one previously thinking it’s a waste of money and I can find my way round on my own. Having spent the time with our guide Rene, I have a different point of view. Interesting facts and history about the area and some of the places we visited. Relaxed, insightful way to learn about the Montmartre district.

We enjoyed the entire walking tour, guide was very informative and kept us moving, which was good because it was bitter cold..

We were a little late and our tour guide graciously waited for us before starting a very interesting tour of the church and area of Montmartre. My teen-age granddaughter said this was one of her favorite tours of the entire trip.

It would be helpful for the tour to explain the rigor associated with the tour. There were folks on the tour who were unable to handle the steep hills and walks. Otherwise, tour guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, and great all around.
