The Museum of the Horse at the Château de Chantilly is dedicated to our equine friends. Examining the historical relationship between man and horse, through times of war and peace, exhibits are filled with portraits and sculptures, alongside fanciful carriages, carousel horses, and racing trophies. The highlight, though, is a chance to get close to several rare breeds of horses and ponies visitors.
