Join me on this adventure to discover the beauty and unique characteristics of the city’s most significant buildings and get to know a bit more about the local culture in Poland from my own perspective. During this walk you will become better acquainted with the local architecture, while also learning about the way in which this has changed over the years with the city becoming more modern while still keeping its unique character. We will first begin with Poznan Cathedral and discover its gothic style. Then, we will take a look at the City Hall and Parish Church before enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Old Market Square and its colorful buildings. We will also explore Poznan’s most famous castles and glance at the Liberty Square’s modern fountain. Finally, we will admire buildings featuring Art Nouveau characteristics and take a look at more recent monuments.
