In thisexperience you will have the chance to experience a relaxing moment suitable for all ages. You will be in first person, accompanied by our staff and very nice dogs, to look for truffles in our truffle forest, next to the green vineyards in the Chianti countryside. You will experience unique emotions by learning to search, recognize and clean the precious truffles. During the truffle hunt, and the subsequent cooking class you will learn in first person to manipulate the truffle, making dishes with our cook who will teach you all the secrets of how to taste it, eat it or keep it. Have lunch in a tuscan winery, tasting the wines produced by the winery for over 13 generations. All completed by visiting the medieval city of San Gimignano, for shopping and to admire the wonders of history and the City. On request is possible to have an exciting Archery experience or an unbelievable Helicopter Wine Tour over San Gimignano and the Chianti's hills.

That’s why we have decided to give importance to this typical product, entrusting it with a place of honor. The Experience will start with a tour of our vineyard and olive groves; following a member of the family will briefly introduce you few notions about truffles. During the experience, guests will learn the secrets of truffles, how to clean them and different ways to cook them. We will start with the preparation of antipasti, fresh homemade pasta and a second course that will include the preparation of pork filet with truffle slices and balsamic glaze flavored with truffle, and of course a tasty dessert. At the end of the afternoon in the kitchen, you will relax in one of our private and exclusive rooms while tasting all the things that you’ve cooked paired with our organic wines and extra virgin olive oils.

It is not just about tasting. This unique, original experience will allow you to create your own wine with the help of expert oenologists when visiting some of the best wineries of Tuscany, choosing amongst five different grapes and create your own customized bottle with cap and tailor-designed label. Experts will guide customers step by step, learning how to give a certain character to your very personal wine. Inside an ancient room under the '700 villa, our winemaker will describe the different characteristics of the 5 grapes sampled directly from the oak barrels. Then you will try several blends and try then to create your “perfect” wine. The number of bottles ordered will be placed on a bottle rack for the maturation, which will take about 25 days. Once the maturation has been completed, the wines will be packaged with your personal label and shipped directly to your home. A full typical Tuscan lunch may be set up in the old Villa
