Sorrento walking tours and shore excursions typically include a stroll along Corso Italia, the city’s chic shopping street that runs through the town center from lively Piazza Tasso. About halfway along the route, Villa Fiorentino’s white facade and lush gardens draw the eye—this former residence of a prominent Sorrentine family is now home to the Sorrento Foundation, the city’s premier cultural association. Stop by to take in one of the temporary photography exhibits, or catch an evening musical or poetry performance.
