Our first stage will take you to Bergheim, a superb village on the wine route, which conceals many wonders hidden in the heart of its medieval walls. You will then have the opportunity to visit the charming town of Ribeauvillé, former stronghold of the Lords of Ribeaupierre. After a visit to Hunawihr and a photo stop in front of its famous fountain, you will go to a local winemaker to taste traditional Alsatian wines. Take advantage of the lunch break in the village of Riquewihr, one of the best known in the region, in particular for its privileged location, in the heart of the vineyard. The visits will continue through two villages also famous for their historical character: Kaysersberg and Eguisheim. These two villages have been elected "Favorite Villages of the French", a famous French program celebrating each year the favorite villages of the French. Kaysersberg won the edition in 2017 and Eguisheim in 2013.

You will taste 5 Alsatian wines and a vegetable quiche in a unique setting: an old family cellar dating from 1850 where history and modernity mingle! A small cozy space is also at your disposal in the old vaulted cellar of the House. Children are welcome and will have a homemade grape juice.

You will taste 5 Alsace wines and leave with a picnic basket to enjoy in the vineyards or at home! Children are welcome! The visit is free for them, come without registering them! However, if you register the children a picnic basket will also be given to them.

All our vines are raised in biodynamic agriculture and our wines vinified with a minimum of inputs. A tasting at the foot of the Vosges hills, near the vineyards and in a unique place.

Those cars are spaceships for the road, equipped with the all the famous crazy Tesla features.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few cellars in Alsace with around twenty hundred-year-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still used for the vinification of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience with projections on thunderbolts and sound work is unique in France. Children are welcome during the visit, it is suitable for everyone. Admission to the gingerbread palace is offered to you and you will leave with a small bottle of mulled wine made by the House! The majority of our wines are labeled organic.

But with the rise of artisanal and craft breweries, the variety of beers available in France is rapidly increasing. Come join us to explore five different styles of craft beers from iconic breweries in Alsace in a privatized bar with a personal bartender! Next to learning about the rich influence of German beer culture on the province of Alsace and its historical importance, you will be introduced to five different styles of beer, learn about their key differences in flavor, taste, and production, and get the exclusive opportunity to keep on drinking for happy hour prices for the rest of the evening after the beer tasting!

Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive 180° video projected on barrels: unique in France.. Then we continue the tasting in our tea room area around a "gourmet wine": several glasses in agreement with sweet and savory delicacies: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis. Then we will visit the cellar dating from 1850 with its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and its scenographic space. You will discover our family history through an immersive video unique in France. It's a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my working philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on oak barrels at 180° (mapping on certain sequences) with sound work, allowing the public to find themselves in total immersion in my story. We will end the tasting in the catering area with a wine to accompany each dish (soup, foie gras, pie and dessert). You will leave this visit with a small bottle of homemade mulled wine and entry to the "Gingerbread Palace". Alsace 2021 tourism trophy and Atout France 2022 wine tourism trophy.

Live an exceptional day aboard our small yacht with all comfort, music, up to 7 people max. No waiting, you will be welcomed as a VIP on our boat. Departure in the morning between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., we will take a lock to leave the city and sail on the Rhine to go to Gambsheim or Offendorf to the port for lunch, swimming in the afternoon, paddle boarding, tanning, aperitif etc. ... We will spend the afternoon in a gravel pit where the water is clear and warm! Fauna and flora, birds, swans, wild geese, a magical moment. Return to Strasbourg at the end of the afternoon, then visit the city for 2 hours, with an aperitif and a platter of Italian charcuterie, Crémant d'Alsace, where you will have the opportunity to see the whole city! Crossing the lock, we will go to the heart of Petite France, the historic district of Strasbourg, Strasbourg Cathedral, the palaces, the European institutions... the day will end between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
