Finish your wine cellar experience with a guided tasting of five different Alsatian wines, accompanied by regional specialty kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche).

The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by the projection of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will visit the cellar, its wooden barrels more than a hundred years old and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive 180° video projected on barrels: unique in France.. Then we continue the tasting in our tea room area around a "gourmet wine": several glasses in agreement with sweet and savory delicacies: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis. Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, owner of a domain rich in history and heritage, decide to create a place of sharing where wine enthusiasts or not, emerge enriched not only culturally but emotionally. You will taste 5 Alsatian wines and a vegetable quiche in a unique setting: an old family cellar dating from 1850 where history and modernity mingle! A small cozy space is also at your disposal in the old vaulted cellar of the House. Children are welcome and will have a homemade grape juice.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few cellars in Alsace with around twenty hundred-year-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still used for the vinification of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience with projections on thunderbolts and sound work is unique in France. Children are welcome during the visit, it is suitable for everyone. Admission to the gingerbread palace is offered to you and you will leave with a small bottle of mulled wine made by the House! The majority of our wines are labeled organic.

We will end the tasting in the catering area with a wine to accompany each dish (soup, foie gras, pie and dessert).
