A visit to one of the wineries in this region is essential to understand its flavor potency and the soil's orology. In Siurana, we will know this spectacular location on a rocky hill. There are two essentials: the remains of an Arab fortification built in the ninth century and the Church of Santa Maria, a Romanesque church of the twelfth century. We will visit the wineries and taste some of the best wines in this area. We cannot let be beautiful and lost region without seeing the Cartuja de Escaladei, the first Carthusian monastery that was installed in the Iberian Peninsula with 1000 years of history, of which only its archaeological remains remain.

We will visit Siurana, a charming town of cobbled houses and streets, where the Romanesque church stands out. After Siurana we will visit the Baronia del Montsant winery, a vineyard located in Cornudella, where we will carry out a tasting of 7 wines accompanied by a delicious local Cornudella appetizer. We moved to Escaladei, a town that originally was the Conreria of the Carthusian monastery that was established near there. Here we will visit the facilities of Cartuja de Santa María de Escaladei, the main monument of the region, which currently belongs to the Museum of History of Catalonia. We will visit the Castle of the Counts of Prades, currently enabled as a Wine Interpretation Center. Then we will go to the Falset Marçà Agricultural area, where we will do a small tasting tasting.

This tour takes you on an 18 km trip through the Costa Dorada mountains, along a reservoir and through a typical Catalan village. In this village, you will have the chance to learn about the olive oil-making process in an olive museum. A visit to one of the wineries in this region is essential to understand its flavor potency and the soil's orology. We go to Villafranca de Panadés, where before lunch we will visit the Torres Family wineries. After touring the facilities, we will taste a wine tasting of the winery with a selection of 4 types of cheese. In Sitges we will visit the parish church of Sant Bartomeu and Santa Tecla, a sanctuary located near the beach, it is a monastery built in the 18th century. After leaving Sitges, we will visit the Foix Swamp, located inside the Foix Park, it is a mandatory natural visit.

We will tour Plaça del Rei, in the old town of Tarragona. The terraces in this square offer a unique gastronomic experience. We will have lunch at the place enjoying the scenery.

We will arrive in the city of Barcelona. Our starting point will be the famous Sagrada Familia, the most ambitious work of Gaudí, who worked in the unfinished cathedral for 40 years. The 4 towers that can be observed are part of the 12 towers that Gaudí sought to capture, as a reference to the 12 apostles. Then we will do a panoramic tour of Barcelona to make a 2-hour route in the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral and the Ramblas of Barcelona.
