I'm told my knowledge of Spanish cooking is up there with the best. But in addition to guiding you to cook Catalan and Spanish food I like to add a unique sense of fun with stories and anecdotes. I never stick to the same script and really like to engage in food talk with my guests. I really want you to remember the day you came face to face with this colourful character and how we crimped empanadillas together!

We will visit Siurana, a charming town of cobbled houses and streets, where the Romanesque church stands out. After Siurana we will visit the Baronia del Montsant winery, a vineyard located in Cornudella, where we will carry out a tasting of 7 wines accompanied by a delicious local Cornudella appetizer. We moved to Escaladei, a town that originally was the Conreria of the Carthusian monastery that was established near there. Here we will visit the facilities of Cartuja de Santa María de Escaladei, the main monument of the region, which currently belongs to the Museum of History of Catalonia. We will visit the Castle of the Counts of Prades, currently enabled as a Wine Interpretation Center. Then we will go to the Falset Marçà Agricultural area, where we will do a small tasting tasting.

Wine taste in Catalonia’s Priorat region without having to plan, organize, or drive with this easy day trip from Salou, which picks you up in your hotel or accommodation and takes you to a Priorat wine cellar in Cornudella for a guided wine tasting.

This tour takes you on an 18 km trip through the Costa Dorada mountains, along a reservoir and through a typical Catalan village. In this village, you will have the chance to learn about the olive oil-making process in an olive museum. There you will have the opportunity to try the exquisite olive oil of the Cooperativa of the village, winner of many national and international awards. Afterwards, you can buy this oil or some other local products in the shop of the Cooperativa. We finish the trip by visiting the local bar across the street to take a nice cold drink and have a friendly chat. Come and join us on this amazing experience. Maybe a bit more active cycling involved than in our other tours, but truly spectacular views.

Delta del Ebro, a natural park located in Tarragona, known for its richness and landscape variety, where we will enjoy its delicious food and its fabulous landscapes, and best of all: a swimming experience with Mediterranean bluefin tuna. Our first activity in L’Ametlla de Mar, is aboard a catamaran. Returning from our adventure in the water, we return to the land and head towards the port of Sant Carles de la Ràpita, to taste the delicious typical food of the Ebro Delta: oysters and mussels. Optional: Typical Paella in the small and charming port of Les Cases d’Alcanar In the afternoon, we will approach the “Molí de Rafelet” Rice Museum, where we will make a guided visit to the mill where visitors are explained the cultivation of rice, drying in the sun, how rice enters the mill and how it passes from the shell to integral and finally to white.
