Things to do in Texas
Welcome to Texas
Be it portion sizes, rugged landscapes, or cowboy hats, everything is bigger in Texas. The state offers an abundance of country culture mixed with modern metropolises, ghost towns, and even a replica of the Eiffel Tower topped with a cowboy hat in Paris, Texas (just outside Dallas). San Antonio's River Walk winds through the city, and Dallas' sprawling skyline is dominated by the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Meanwhile, hip Austin combines award-winning barbecue and a sizzling live music scene; Houston reveals the history of space travel; and Big Bend National Park affords incredible photo opportunities with its striking landscapes.

Kendalyn and Carter were amazing guides! We got to see some of the well-known sites in Austin and also some hidden gems. The tour included a stop at the Texas State Capitol - a gorgeous building with so many amazing architectural details! We also stopped at a bakery and got to sample some delicious treats. The tour was very interactive. Both guides were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. Our only regret is that we didn’t take this tour at the very beginning of our vacation!

Taste of Fredericksburg Small-Group Wine Tour from San Antonio
Nice to visit Texas hill country.
Very nice full day tour. Nice to visit Texas hill country. Skip lunch in Fredericksburg so you’ll have more time to explore there. We had a small 9 person group. Great to meet and make new friends. Our tour guide, Melanie, was so nice and knowledgeable. She made our tour fun. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the second winery wasn’t too good however the first one, Sister Creek Vineyards, was very good.
