This was an extremely laid back tour of the historic red light district with some fascinating facts about the history of Amsterdam and how some of the city's peculiarities came to be. Our guide Catherine was so knowledgeable about the city and it's story and clearly loved what she was doing. We absolutely loved our tour!

I called to let the tour guide know that the train was delayed and was assured that it was not a problem, the guide would wait for us. We met up with Max and were pleased that due to the tour being overbooked we got our own private tour! We were so pleased with Max during our tour that it felt like chatting up an old friend. He answered our questions and gave us the history of Amsterdam including details that we were surprised to find out. You will have to book a tour with Max to find out what I'm referring to 🙂
