Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at a local's home, learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson, the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. Together we will meet the Piedmontese tradition seen from Tuscany. We will prepare the traditional tajarin, the Piedmontese ravioli del plin, the typical pici of Siena looking at the splendid hills of Monferrato. Everything will be prepared following the best local traditional recipes. We will prepare two different types of dough and, at the end, a dessert according to the season.

My unique wine tasting and vineyard tour offer my guests a look into the world of wine making here in Piemonte. I offer private and personalized wine tours and your guide is the onwer ( or someone from the family ) of one of the wineries you visit. My tours are available for 1-8 passengers. This is a wine tour to discover the real Monferrato: one of the most evocative areas of Piedmont, rich in history and great wines. The first stop will be a small organic cellar in the area where you will have the opportunity to meet the producer who will guide you in the discovery of his cellar, its wines and its history. After the first visit, I will take you to a restaurant in the area that I have selected where you can discover typical dishes of the renowned Piedmontese gastronomy. After a relaxing lunch break we will leave for another family winery where you will taste other important native wines such as Barbera, Moscato, Freisa, Grignolino. Throughout the journey we will be able to travel along panoramic roads and I will show you some of the most beautiful and fascinating corners of Monferrato. Furthermore, there will be time to introduce you to the main productions of the region, I will tell you about the main denominations and the various native and historical vines grown here.

We offer a minimum stay of two nights in Maison Petit Perlage, born as a champagnerie and recently evolved into a charming inn used as a Bed and Breakfast. The peculiarity of our offer is that of allowing our guests to live an experience immersed in 360 ° champagne. Upon your arrival you will find a bottle of champagne in the room and a welcome aperitif, while when you wake up, an exorbitant and sophisticated breakfast with sweets, sausages, cheeses, hot drinks and champagne awaits you.
