"We took this tour as a shore excursion off a cruise ship. We had a great time and our kids loved it (ages 11-16). Seems a little sketchy when you get off the ship and have to find the guide who meets you but it turned out fine!"

"Everything we did was memorable! Antuane was our driver and is full of interesting stories and he made sure we did what we were expecting to do. However, there was some confusion and while I was told it was due to my wrong selection of tour, upon arriving back home, I looked at everything carefully and the misunderstanding was because of the detail listed in the tour on Viator! This tour does NOT include the cave tubing even though the details clearly list tubing equipment, helmet w. lamp/light, life jacket and inner tube". So although Antuane went out of his way to make sure we received a fantastic all day experience - we had to pay an unexpected fee of $85 USD each to do the cave tubing. This detail needs to be removed from the "What's Included" section of this tour! I felt a bit cheated as other tour is $109. for all of it. I would like a partial refund for the difference between the everything tour of $109 and the total I had to pay of $165 ($80 + $85) because of misprinted information on the page of the tour I selected. My friend should receive the same refund. The experience was fantastic, my friend and I had a fabulous time, the company wanted us to be 100% happy and the food at Fu Wi Flavaz was amazing!!!! Fresh tilapia and the stew chicken was unbelizable!!! Thank you Antuane and Family!!!!"
