"The Zip line & Cave Tubing was a very interesting experience. What happened after the tour is what I am most unhappy about. We told the tour guide that our New Years Eve was open and we were interested to see the Howler Monkeys and see Alligators. Paul, the guide, suggested that he could do this and would pick us up at our hotel the next morning at 10:00AM. I told him that I would prefer 8:00AM pickup and he replied no problem. He said it would cost US$300.00, and I asked to use a credit card and he said no, US$150.00 cash deposit, which I gave him. The next morning we were ready and waiting at 8:00AM. At nine o'clock we quit waiting and went back inside the hotel to have breakfast and mentioned to the hotel desk clerk that if he comes that we'll be having breakfast. He was a no show. At 10:10AM we were finished with breakfast and there was no sign of Paul, the guide. The hotel staff said we were ripped off.
