Dreamworld
The Basics
Standard day passes offer entrance to both Dreamworld and WhiteWater World theme parks, including skip-the-line access to all the rides, shows, and presentations. Multi-day and season passes also include entry to SkyPoint Observation Deck. You can also book additional VIP and optional activities.
For time-pressed travelers, the Ride Express option provides virtual queue reservations for top rides. Visitors without their own transport can get a Gold Coast Roo Pass, which includes round-trip shared transfers between the Gold Coast Airport or Gold Coast hotels and attractions, including Dreamworld, Wet'n'Wild, Sea World, and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
Things to Know Before You Go
On-site facilities include lockers, drinking fountains, free car parking, and a selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Most attractions are outdoors, so bring sun protection and wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Pack a towel and a change of clothes if taking part in any water-based activities.
Many rides and attractions are wheelchair accessible, and wheelchair rental is available on-site (advance reservations recommended).
Minimum height or maximum weight requirements vary for each ride.
How to Get There
Dreamworld is in Coomera on the Gold Coast, Queensland, about a 45-minute drive south of Brisbane or an approximately 30-minute drive north of Surfers Paradise. The best way to get to the theme park is by car, taxi, or shuttle, but public buses from the Gold Coast also stop close to the park. The closest train stations are the Coomera and Helensvale stations.

When to Get There
Dreamworld is open year-round, but the summer months (December–January) can get crowded. With sunny days all year, visiting in low season can help maximize your time and avoid crowds, but visiting during school holidays and celebrations can be more atmospheric, with a greater number of shows, parades, and character meet-and-greets.
