Tour approx 8am to 4pm. We have been given exclusive access to the longer hikes on this World Heritage listed private Rainforest Reserve. This is probably the only guided walk north of the Daintree River which requires some moderate level of fitness. Most tour companies stick to the short board walks near the road. Come with us on a truly wild walk, exploring the ancient rainforest, stunning valleys, majestic mountains, crystal clear streams and pristine beaches of the Daintree. We then enjoy a superb gourmet lunch in the rainforest, with choices of Steak, Fish, or Vegetarian. Followed by a refreshing swim in the glorious natural Dragons Pool. In the afternoon, we will stroll along our favourite beach in the Daintree to the mouth of Cooper Creek, where we can view the tallest mountain in the Daintree: Thornton Peak. To round out the day, we visit the world famous Daintree Ice Cream Farm, to taste their fresh exotic fruit delights!
