The Basics

Swim through underground rivers, dive into a cenote, traverse a floating bridge, and snorkel in lagoons filled with tropical fish, sea turtles, and manatees. On land, you can zipline above the canopy, rock climb, bike, or stroll through the jungle.

Day trips to Xel-Ha typically leave from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya, with some combining Xel-Ha and a stop in nearby Tulum. Xel-Ha is part of a network of related parks and experiences, including Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenotes Oasis Maya, Xoximilco Cancun, Xichen, and Xenses. It’s possible to book packages that include admission to multiple parks.

Such an amazing experience! They have cameras all around the park so you can take picture by just scanning your bracelet. So taking your phone with you isn't a big deal. I wish the driver would have given us a little bit more info on how departure was going to work. The departure driver was a saint! I got really car sick and he was very empathetic.

Good pick up and drop off service. Xelha's main theme is snorkeling. Other fun activities have to pay extra but was fun for snorkeling.

Xel-Há Park All-Inclusive Admission Ticket
First time visiting Mexico. The park was big and had lots of great opportunities to explore and experience lots of water related activities. We had a great time! Food and beverage service was very good. I thought the price was very reasonable when compared to expensive theme parks. Making it all inclusive, kept everything easy, convenient and it was all well done. Staff was excellent!

We absolutely loved this park! The price was a good one, it came with all inclusive eating and drinking and the park was beautiful and breathtaking! There are extra things you can add and pay for but you don’t have to to enjoy the park!!

Such a fun experience for our family. Kids range from 8-12 years old and all 3 had a blast from the time the gates opened until Xel-Ha closed.

Beautiful place! Clear waters with lots of fish. Fun activities and many locker locations to store your stuff. Life jackets comfortable and in good shape. Great buffets/restaurants and many areas to get drinks/cocktails! We did the Seatrek and Dolphin encounters (for extra $), both were great experiences. Transportation bus was also nice. I wish we had 2 full days there instead of 1 as we did not have time to see or do everything. We would definitely go again!

Great day out. We loved the tubing, cenotes, snorkeling and slide. Great lunch. Nice to have lockers and life jackets included. You are encouraged to buy extra services but there is plenty to do for a day without this. It's a really long coach journey from cancun, poor traffic makes the journey longer than stated
