Please arrive by 8:00am at the famous Turtle Rock Cafe (open from 7:30). Your guide will meet you and ask you to sign a waiver - see website for waiver details. Start the morning with a stroll along our favourite secluded Daintree beach, walking up this pristine stretch of coast to the mouth of the river. We then head into the heart of this ancient rainforest ecosystem, with an easy and informative circuit around the Mill Walk, deep in the Nuwu Valley. Followed by a rejuvenating swim in the pristine stream. Please wear swimmers under your clothes, as there are limited changing rooms. We then return to Turtle Rock Cafe, where you can enjoy a superb lunch (price not included). We arrive here by 11:45am, in time for the optional afternoon reef trip. Zipline through the oldest rainforest on Earth with Treetops Adventures. You'll explore the rainforest canopy by ziplining up to 15m above the ground. A unique hike, including rockhopping to the seasonal Fossil Falls in an untouched part of the Daintree Rainforest. We then enjoy a superb gourmet lunch in the rainforest, with choices of Steak, Fish, or Vegetarian, and other dietary needs catered for. Lunch is freshly cooked by a chef from the best restaurant in Cape Tribulation. Then a meander by the riverside, followed by a refreshing swim in the glorious natural Dragons Pool.
