Sitting on your provided yoga mat, under the shade of an aged local tree, through an initial guided breath work practice you begin to tune in, noticing the sound of the crashing waves in the background and the smell and taste of the pacific ocean on your tongue. You will then be led through a nourishing and strengthening movement sequence, a soothing savasana and an intentional and grounding meditation that will leave you feeling connected and rejuvenated. At the end, I will provide a light refreshment that will reflect the local seasons and flavours and will help to further immerse you into the magical splendour that is Costa Rica.
