"Our driver and guide Eugene was one of the best tour guides I have ever had! He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure our group of 8 was always being taken care of and watched over us very well. He would grab us towels and would tell us what to expect next. He made sure our stuff was safe and was so very kind. We had a wonderful time here. We participated in all activities and had a BLAST. The horse back riding was more of a real horse back riding experience as opposed to a trail ride, they let you go up the 15 minute trail at your own horses pace. They had many guides around to assist people who were new at riding or uncomfortable. For people with more experience it was really fun to trot around. The next activity we did was the zip lining. There were 8 zip lines and they had some amazing views. The guides did a great job explaining how to zip line and we have people in our group who has never done it before but felt very comfortable because of the overview. The views were awesome and the guides did a great job of keeping the group moving from line to line. Next, we had the water slide tube. This was way more fun than we were expecting. The slide was FAST and a little wild. We loved it. Last but not least was the waterfall, mud bath and hot springs. We starts with the mud bath which was painting each other and letting it dry before heading to the waterfall. The waterfall was so tall and breathtaking. The hot spring was a lovely way to end the day and relax. It was so warm and the scenery was great, it felt like a resort pool equipped with a pool bar. We ended our tour with a great lunch. We had the pork and chicken mashed potatoes. It was very good. This was a great way to experience some of the best activities that Costa Rica has to offer. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone coming to Costa Rica. Thank you to Eugene, who made our day even more spectacular."

"Best tour ever. We had outstanding guides in Juan and Gravy. The 7 zip lines were outstanding especially for beginners. The horses and the horse ride was also terrific. We ended the day at the thermal polls, which was extremely relaxing. Highly, highly recommend this tour to everyone."

Highly recommend stopping at the first waterfall site along the way to the volcano. If you love nature and new hiking experiences, I highly recommend this tour and tour company. "Exhilarating zip lines, informative cultural presentations, nice lunch with a view. By afternoon the animals were all sleeping. We spent 5.5 hours and could have used two more. the beach is pretty but not suitable for swimming. If you are short on time you might want to skip the beach as all of the area has gorgeous beaches. also note that if you are out of the free pick up area it could be another $145USD. I do recommend the full day pass"

We learned so much about the region and the culture too. We saw all the animals we had expected to see... crocodiles, iguanas, monkeys, etc."

"Our guide Ivan was great. We were a large group. We were brought to a secluded beach which required a hike. Definitely use bug spray!! You have flashlights for the hike, but once you get to the beach, it’s flashlights off. I have night blindness and get panicked when I can’t see my feet, so the beach walk in the dark was my least favorite part but it was worth it being in the beach and turtles slowly waddling up the beach, and you can hear them clearing out sand to make a place to nest. With nature you need to remember to be patient, but we saw 7 turtles! The guides use red light as it’s least disturbing to the turtles, but we got to witness one turtle up close laying eggs and then retreating back into the ocean. Also the tour doesn’t mention this, but the beach was actually full of bioluminescent plankton, so the walk back in the pitch dark was easier with the sparkles everywhere."
