"They are well organize. The tour guide waited for us before we walked out of the cruise ship. He knew how to avoid the crowds, where to get the best view, provided extra informations about the local plants, cultures and iced cold bottles of water, he took us to a local shop for food tastings but no pressure on shopping. The van was clean and comfortable. All 10 of us had great time."

"This personal half-day tour of Huatulco was the best! The Huatulco Travel Experience organization was on top of every logistic and clearly communicated via WhatsApp and email on all particulars. We were met at the dock by an Experience member bearing a sign with our name -- nice! Our tour was led by Fermin who is excellent – it was like being with a long-time friend who is local to the area and proudly sharing and explaining all about the town, taking us to here-and-there, exactly as described in the tour write-up, in a very comfortable car. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, articulate, flexible and friendly. We cannot praise him enough – he made the tour so memorable. Our bottom line: we will use Huatulco Travel Experience, and Fermin if he is available, again and highly recommend them. Bravo – thanks for the wonderful memory!"

"Edgar Escobar of Lamby Tours was our guide and what a job he did. Edgar was outgoing, friendly and entertaining. His English is excellent. He has a great knowledge of the local area, both current and historical, as well as an understanding of numerous local herbal and traditional health treatments. As we made our way up the mountain towards the Falls Edgar kept us well informed about the villages that we passed through, how the people lived, the history of the area and what to expect at the next stop. There was one major stop on the way at a local vendors’ market where they did a good job of explaining numerous local products, including mexcal, honey, coffee and many other products. Samples were offered and product could be purchased. This was a very clean, well-run operation. Once at the Falls Edgar was constantly helping; telling about some small item, offering a helping hand, carrying something for a client. He didn’t just point to the Falls and say that you could swim in the ponds. He joined right in with us, taking us to little pools, showing us caves and places where we could get behind the Falls. Edgar had numerous good photo op locations where he would take the time to take great pictures of each couple and/or the entire group. The Falls themselves are beautiful and the water is a nice temperature for swimming in. The provided meal was excellent as well, unlimited chicken and pork, served Family Style. An overall great day. We highly recommend the Waterfall Experience with Lamby Tours and Edgar Escobar."
