Part of the appeal of going on a tour in Ketchikan is to learn about the indigenous peoples and we got one of the BEST experiences we could have asked for with Sid. Not only is she very knowledgeable she could also speak the language!! We learned a few words, the kids got a kick out of it. I can’t recommend this tour enough. There are a bunch of tours you can book through your cruise or right when you get off. They shovel you into big buses and take you around where you are hearing the same things you could read in the brochure they give you.
