You'll prepare the famous Pane Giallo di Allumiere (The Yellow Bread of Allumiere) made with the traditional technique, with the flour obtained from the local organic wheat, the durum, with long leavening times, natural yeast, and cooked in a wood oven coming back to the 19th century. So, don’t miss the opportunity to visit this traditional Bakery and its laboratory, and to take part to a unique bread making class in Allumiere!
