Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls

We had a nice dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe while on our Honeymoon. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. The was a huge collection of rock n’ roll memorabilia displayed on the walls. The restaurant was very clean!

The reservation includes an express pass, it is very useful when there is a long line, this was not the case, however they did not offer me preferred seats, I had to wait like any client until a table was ready. The restaurant is spectacular, the food and the cocktails were great!

Kelly gave us a fabulous tour of the Falls. It was a nice educational stroll through the state park and offered close up views of all the Falls.

We met Dan in front of the Hard Rock . He called to confirm our arrival. We did a walking tour ( I was unaware of this part) but it was very informative. Dan was a very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. After we walked around Turtle Island, Goat Island and Dan explained about how the Niagara falls came to be. We could see the Niagara Falls Ontario Side from the park. After taking the tour Dan walked us to the Maid of the Mist ticket line and he also printed out our vouchers. We got the private tour because the 2 other couples cancelled (due to the rain). The Lunch we had at the Hard Rock was from a limited Menu but had a good selection. Unlimited Beverages and Had Ice cream as a dessert. The entire tour was amazing as a gift to my love for her birthday. Well worth the purchase.

Amazing, it was super busy and we still had great service. Our server was very attentive and super kind.

The Hard rock café was excellent, the Manager and staff were very polite and accommodating. I will tell others that it's a great place to eat but I will not advise they book it through Viator because the selected menu was so sparse we barely found anything we wanted to eat. The manager however, worked with us. I believe it would have been a better experience if we had booked our reservation directly with Hard Rock Café that way we were not restricted to the below basic menu. The other thing is the cafe does not have their own parking???? We had to pay 20.00-25.00 for parking everywhere we went. That is such a rip off.
