The Basics

First time on this island. We enjoyed stopping in all the different areas. Our tour guide Mike was very informative. We enjoyed the day we spent with him. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Pearl Harbor + Polynesian Cultural Center + Dole Plantation
Spent 2 3/4 hours at Pearl Harbor, 40 min at Dole Plantation, 3 3/4 hours at Polynesian Cultural Center (not enough time) and 20 min at macadamia nut farm. No lunch included on this tour. Great tour overall! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is our pickup time was 6am and bus driver was almost 45 min late!

Oahu Circle Island - North Shore Snorkeling Tour (Dole & Temple)
King Mike, the tour guide, made the trip fun and enjoyable. He told stories, jokes, and sang to the bus when the traffic was congested. He was upbeat. And 98% of it is true

Our tour guide, Tyrone, was THE BEST! Entertaining, a wealth of information, and took a got us all a group photo with hum included. Bus is a little cozy and worn but worth the price. Highly recommend!

Good tour but could be better for the price.

Oahu Circle Island - North Shore Snorkeling Tour (Dole & Temple)
The tour was good. It covered a lot of area. The bus was full. The tour guide and bus driver were knowledgeable. The weather was windy but tolerable. We had quite a bit of time at the beach which was good. We did not have much time at the Dole Plantation. It would have been fun to go to the fields and see the actual plants. We also would have enjoyed more at the coffee plantation. The places we visited were more of a sales approach than an excursion. It was enjoyable but could be so much more.

Get Lost in the World’s Largest Maze

When Pineapple King James Dole first moved to Hawaii in 1899, he probably never thought his plantation would house the world’s largest maze. Constructed from over 14,000 plants, the site’s garden maze covers three acres (1.2 hectares) and has navigational plaques that help you eventually find your way to the exit.
