I appreciated Hard Rock Honolulu accommodating our request to pick up our food because of an unexpected medical issue. Very helpful managers and staff.

Dennis the water was absolutely awesome! The food was plenty and great tasting. The live music was very entertaining.

The food and service was great. The server was very cordial and gave great service. The only thing I would state the con would be that when we walked in, before sitting down some of the staff made us feel belittled saying “ oh they are on the coupon” which made all of us in our party feel very uncomfortable. Also the menu titles options changed. Aside from that the whole meal was awesome.

I want to be clear that the five stars are for Hard Rock Cafe—who worked very hard to make right what Viatar totally misrepresented and actually tried to ruin our anniversary dinner. We got there and presented the voucher like the instructions said....to not call the restaurant...and they said they were overbooked and would try to accommodate us in our prepaid dilemma of Viatar misrepresentation. The only thing we could hope for was a seat at the bar in the event of a cancellation. (Exactly what we envisioned as a romantic Anniversay dinner for non-drinking first-time visitors to Hawaii). Well, that happened, and When the bartender heard our story, he immediately got Darron, one of the managers, who went over and above to get us a table and make things right. He even worked with us to get the voucher printed out although in one place it said we could present it electronically or printed. Our waiter, Kyle was extraordinary and insisted that he would get an 18% tip that was included in that over priced pre-package deal offered by Viatar. We could have had exactly what we wanted for a lot less if we had bypassed your third-party attempt to make some money. We have learned our lesson and will go above and beyond to share it in any venue we have access to. A big thanks to Hard Rock for overcoming this horrible situation.
