Gourmet Chocolate Museum

28 boulevard Bonne-Nouvelle, Paris, Paris, 75010

The Basics

Following its founding in Bruges and in Prague, Choco-Story opened its third location in the heart of Paris in 2010. Spread across three floors, the family-friendly museum displays over 1,000 chocolate-themed objects and welcomes upwards of 100,000 visitors each year. In addition to learning more about the history of chocolate in the museum’s exhibition spaces, visitors can also see treats being made in the demonstration center, enjoy a wide variety of chocolates as they go, and register for a hands-on workshop.

To make logistics simple, museum entry can be booked online prior to your visit. Choco-Story Paris is also included in the Paris Pass scheme.

Chocolate Knowledge
The Chocolate Museum was a fantastic part of our Paris tour. The history and information was so interesting. We enjoyed all the chocolate samples and the hot chocolate at the end of our tour.

Choco-Story Paris - The Chocolate Museum
When we spoke to natives in Paris, they did not know about the Chocolate museum. We found it here on the Viator website and it was a great experience. We thought it would be an hour, we ended up being there for 2 1/2 hours as the kids were enjoying the activities. Highly recommend.

Very cute museum for kids; good ways to explore the origin of chocolate and how it’s made. Free chocolate buttons were yummy, also the tasters from the demo.

Choco-Story Paris - The Chocolate Museum
It’s not a huge museum, which was a good thing. Enough diversity to keep you interested. I highly suggest the tour selection with the hot chocolate at the conclusion.
