When to Get There
Hard Rock Café Paris has non-stop service from noon until about midnight, and an hour or so later at the bar and in the merchandise store. Crowds generally gather on the weekends for dinner and drinks. The restaurant is much quieter during the week, especially at lunchtime. Music lovers should plan a trip to Paris in the spring for jazz and blues festivals like Banlieues Bleues, or in the summer for the city-wide, Quartier d’Été music festival.
Rock on Over to the Louvre Museum
Combine a visit to the Hard Rock’s memorabilia museum with a visit to one of the world’s greatest art museums, just a few blocks south. The Louvre’s awe-inspiring permanent collection of over 35,000 paintings and sculptures feature staggering masterpieces from the days of antiquity to the Renaissance and beyond. Don’t miss the Winged Victory of Samothrace, Venus de Milo, and Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, which now has its own wall.
