25 Drovers Pl, Wanneroo, Perth, Western Australia, WA 6065

The Basics

The 5-acre (2-hectare) Wanneroo Botanic Gardens feature more than 500 species of plants and trees and a large array of native birds and wildlife. Just 30 minutes from Perth, the garden offers a serene escape from the bustle of city life. Tours are self-guided, so you can stroll the grounds at your own pace, enjoying the colorful and seasonally changing flower displays and collection of trees—from large eucalypts to lush palms—that complement each other in texture, shape, and style. You can combine your garden visit with a round of miniature golf or afternoon tea at the on-site restaurant.
