"If you’re thinking of doing this tour just don’t and absolutely do it! My boyfriend and I decided to do this while we were visiting in Kamala Beach and let me say the pick up from the hotel was seamless and easy great communication from Woody himself. Brought us to his cooking kitchen where he hosts the Phenomenal cooking class where it will make you feel like a true local and learn a few new dishes. He definitely caters what type of Thai food you like and make sure you make it to the flavoring of your choice. First we did our tour around saw some beautiful sites I would have never found on our own. He is very very knowledgeable about the area and overall so friendly and welcoming. My all time favorite was definitely the food tour where we tried a local noodle place and it was truly delicious as well as topping it off at this sweet treat stop where the ladies even took us to show us how to make the treat. Wrapping it up before the big finale of cooking your amazing dinner you go to a local market to pick up your ingredients. You will leave this experience knowing More history of the area, Thai cooking professional, and absolutely stuffed full from our own delicious dinner you got to make. "Fantastic. We were picked up from the hotel early morning on time but was confirmed the timing the day before. On arrival at the dock was a little sceptical as we appeared to be the only English speaking. However it was so well organised and although on a boat with majority Russian the tour guide Jason spoke excellent English and explained everything in both languages. The sites were amazing and well worth visiting. The hotel accommodation wasnt the best hotel but was clean and comfortable for the night stopover. The fire show was amazing and well worth going. All expenses were paid for except if you wanted to climb upto the viewpoint but as this was optional not too expensive was worth going. The following day the sites were well worth going to see. On the whole well worth the money. The only downside was that on arrival back to the port we were put on transport back to the hotel, it took over 2 hrs to get there. Although staying 15 minutes outside Phuket Town we travelled across Phuket and then down south before coming back up to our resort in Cape Panwa. Don't let this little thing put you off. Thank you Jason for being a lovely guide."
