"I don’t know if I would call it a museum; it’s more of an art gallery. Anyway, we had an awesome time. There’s stickers on the floor to guide you where to get the right pictures. The guide was very helpful by taking pictures for us. Overall it was a great experience."

"We got lucky with our tour guide. I can’t remember how to spell her name.. Manitel I think, but she was amazing! She was hilarious and made it special. We all had a great time on this small, intimate tour. I like that they keep the tours to about 10 people. There are several routes within the caves. We did “Enchanted” and loved it. It was also very cool to learn the history and the spiritual component of the caves and the meaning to the Mayans. Highly recommend!"

"I do recommend this place, i think this park is under rated. The street that leaning one side if very fun and interesting experience. The dark room experience is good ---- but it is too pain to walk back barefoot. Also it is kind of challenging, probably not for all health condition. Water activities are all great, some activity maybe too thrill for ppl with health condition and unprepared. Be sure to do some study before you go, and ask questions. I found the attendances are all very helpful to us. Due to most of the activity is water related, water proof device like gopro would be highly recommend. It is not 'quite water activity' like Xcaret, there a lot of splash and submerge and mud, Cellphone will very likely not going to ends well for these activities (unless you have very good waterproof case and you tested repeatly). Taxi back and force to playacar hotelzone is about $14-$18. we have the ticket office arrange our returning trip and paid at the ticket office, and hand over a voucher to taxi driver. it worked well."

"Zip lines we did great for a couple of 60 year old it was all fun a great night and the buffet was great just too short of a time we could of spent more time it was fun"

"We are glad we got the plus tickets. This place could have been a three day event. There is so much to see and do! We did and underwater walk, speed boat trip, and swam with sharks. The night show was incredible and a must see for sure."

"We had reservations on a “cold front” day but that didn’t stop us. It was not busy, which was great! We received the best customer service, upgraded with a Cabana and the food was all so good! Not what you would typically expect at a water park. The kids area was padded, had warmer water and was easy to watch kids play in. The older kids area had too many splashing activities for my 5 year old. Loved the big hot tub and lazy River. Excellent place!"

"The name of park says it’s all about emotions which is exactly what you would get up there. Friendly and welcoming staff, guides with a good sense of Mexican humor. You will not regret!"
