"We had reservations on a “cold front” day but that didn’t stop us. It was not busy, which was great! We received the best customer service, upgraded with a Cabana and the food was all so good! Not what you would typically expect at a water park. The kids area was padded, had warmer water and was easy to watch kids play in. The older kids area had too many splashing activities for my 5 year old. Loved the big hot tub and lazy River. Excellent place!"

"I do recommend this place, i think this park is under rated. The street that leaning one side if very fun and interesting experience. The dark room experience is good ---- but it is too pain to walk back barefoot. Also it is kind of challenging, probably not for all health condition. Water activities are all great, some activity maybe too thrill for ppl with health condition and unprepared. Be sure to do some study before you go, and ask questions. I found the attendances are all very helpful to us. Due to most of the activity is water related, water proof device like gopro would be highly recommend. It is not 'quite water activity' like Xcaret, there a lot of splash and submerge and mud, Cellphone will very likely not going to ends well for these activities (unless you have very good waterproof case and you tested repeatly). Taxi back and force to playacar hotelzone is about $14-$18. we have the ticket office arrange our returning trip and paid at the ticket office, and hand over a voucher to taxi driver. it worked well."

"Zip lines we did great for a couple of 60 year old it was all fun a great night and the buffet was great just too short of a time we could of spent more time it was fun"

"We had 3 wonderful tour persons Maryna, Fabian, Alfredo. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was comfortable and felt safe while driving around. I was able to contact with What's App and had a very pleasant tour. I was also able to purchase a photo package. I actually appreciated this because my phone was a pain to utilize in water."

"Excellent tour. Timing doesn’t feel rushed or too slow and Juam does an amazing job making the drive fun. They do try to get you to buy stuff from the cenote, but they’re not too pushy. Bus is in great condition and has AC and usb ports."

"When booking most trips on viator.com the price is for 2 people, and if you travel alone you pay double, which is frustrating, I hope something is done about this. Apart from that, which the operator has nothing to do with, the trip was lovely. The check in process is a bit tedious, they should recommend people meeting at the gift shop in playa del Carmen, if possible. Herlan was a fantastic guide, appreciated that he gave us an intro on Tulum in the car rather than out in the sun. And all else was great, efficient drop off as well, back by 5pm."
