Red Vial Cantonal 100, Puntarenas Province, Quepos

The Basics

You can explore Rainmaker Park on a self-guided walking tour or book a guided tour to learn more about native flora and fauna along the way. Day tours typically include traversing the tree-top canopy via swinging bridges and swimming at the base of waterfalls. Adventurous visitors can visit as part of a night tour, which increases your chance of observing nocturnal wildlife such as bats, owls, and frogs.

Night Jungle Tour (Rainmaker Park)
This tour was excellent. Our guide, Royvin Arce was very knowledgeable and took his time to find and point out all the interesting wildlife and foliage in this beautiful forest. I definitely would recommend this tour as it was one of my favorite tours while in Costa Rica. The meal at the end was very delicious

Rainmaker Park Hanging Bridges & Waterfalls Tour with Jade Tours
Roy (Royvin) was our guide for the second time, this time we were the only people on the tour. The private park is beautiful with lots of gorgeous trails, bridges & small waterfalls. Lunch at the end is delicious! Roy was once again a fabulous tour guide & we couldn't have asked for a better time with him! Ask for Roy at Jade tours for Manuel Antonio & Rainmaker!!

I had a wonderful tour and tour guide. Luis is phenomenal and super knowledgeable. We learned so much and had time to sit back and enjoy the soothing sounds of the rain forest! This night experience was great and memorable. We saw snakes, several types of frogs, millipedes, grasshopers, snakes hanging in trees! Final typical dinner was cool too ( chicken and rice) . Would recommend for sure!

Night Jungle Tour (Rainmaker Park)
This was the best tour for our family (kids 11 and 17). We booked last minute and had the best experience with Andrew. Andrew is so nice, knowledgable and passionate about what he does. The photo I attached he took for me with my phone. He did this every time we saw something (and we saw a lot). We also saw Andrew the next day while, gasp, we had just ended our tour with "another company". Andrew recognized us and took the time to show us a snake through his scope even though we weren't with him that day. Truly professional! The whole operation is professional, efficient and kind. They take you to Rainmaker which I think is a private reserve.

Night Jungle Tour (Rainmaker Park)
To see the jungle at night is a unique experience. Henry was excellent - he showed us different kinds of frogs - red eyed, bullfrog, glass, hour glass, rain, masked tree frogs, bird eating snake and viper snake, toads, geiko lizard. He shared a lot of interesting information. The tour finished with a delicious meal of fried rice and chicken and a juice made of pine apple, rice and cinnamon. Henri loves animals and knows a lot about them. He made sure that he answered all our queries and introduced us to a unique experience. Would recommend it to all.

Night Jungle Tour (Rainmaker Park)
This tour was fantastic. Our guide Fabio was friendly and really knew his stuff. We saw at least 4 different types of frogs, a couple types of toads, a number of different spider species, and several snakes. My girlfriend and I both loved every minute. They picked us up and dropped us up right at our Airbnb, with smooth comfortable transportation in an air conditioned van. The dinner was also delicious. We've already recommended this to several friends! Thanks to Jade tours for everything :)

It was definitely a memorable tour because normally you wouldn’t explore the forest at night. With our guide, we saw many different types of frogs and toads, insects, snakes, and plants. The dinner at the end was also delicious. I highly recommend this tour!

Rainmaker Park Hanging Bridges & Waterfalls Tour with Jade Tours
Beautiful park with many hanging bridges and wildlife. We were the only ones on the tour and our guide Luis made it an amazing experience. He was super knowledgeable of the animals and plants, explained a lot of local customs/history, and was patient in helping us take tons of photos. The dip in the waterfall at the end was refreshing after hiking. It took us about 1.5hrs including pictures and was not very strenuous for moderately fit people. Lunch was great, a plate of local fare with juice, and right on time after we got back to the entrance. It was a quick and comfortable ride from Manuel Antonio area with on time pick up and drop off. Thanks again, would recommend this tour and park to anyone visiting the area

Roy was super knowledgeable and professional . Had a blast experience nighttime jungle and seeing animals in their natural habitat. Recommend rain boots or hiking boots as it was muddy and lots of ants ! The dinner was so delicious to end the adventure
