"The best day ever! We got to hold the sloths!! Did not expect to get to hold anything based on the description, but we held and fed iguanas, sloths, parrots, and went inside the enclosure with monkeys and they sat on our heads and climbed all over us, being coerced by marshmallows the guides used. Everyone was informed, kind and helpful. Our tour guide Murphy was the best. Highly recommend!!!"

"Our tour guide Larry was extremely friendly, giving us history of the island while we went to our destinations. The sloth/monkey park was small but the staff was excellent and gave us plenty of time to interact with the animals. The horseback ride was great as well with excellent tour guides."

"It was raining very hard when we started out so we were taken to a chocolate factory, rum distillery and got to the beach when the rain stopped. So nice to take us to a large grocery store on the way back to the ship."

"Easily one of the best excursions we have done. We were a bit skeptical about booking an excursion outside of the cruise line, but we were lucky to find Jose and Leo. They stayed in touch with us days ahead of actual excursion and gave us good directions on where to meet them. The van was clean and in good shape, and they even had internet! We went to so many places in Roatan, and everyone loved the animal tour. We got to see butterflies, parrots, monkeys, toucans, sloths and much more. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed ourselves. They were accommodating and worked to ensure we got back to the port ahead of time. They were wonderful with my elderly mother making sure she was taken care of. Give then a chance, they run a good business and are a hardworking team!"

"Steven was very nice and took us to all the points that we wanted to see. He opened doors for us and even stopped at a pharmacy so I could pick up something for my cough. He was very polite and didn't rush us at all. Gave us history as he pointed out points of interest."

"Rained most of the time .... making the wooden areas a little slippery .... gotta be careful, but the experience above the trees was exciting. Really neat to over look the trees to the depth below .... I recommend this excursion."

"Derrick did a fabulous job of showing us around Roatan! I can’t imagine a better tour. He was on time and his vehicle was roomy and comfortable and AC was on! He was also professional and accommodating, stopping to take photos and even adding an extra stop or two. As a local he taught us a lot about the Island as we drove along and answered all of our questions. We stopped at the monkey and sloth hangout, the chocolate factory , the recycled art market, and the rum and rum cake factory. The chocolate rum is amazing and the rum cake was the best I’ve had anywhere in the Caribbean. The views from the back deck of the rum factory are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed lunch and drinks at a local restaurant and a visit to the West End and West Beach ! Derrick made sure we were back in plenty of time but we never felt rushed for a minute. This was a great value tour and a very memorable one!"

"Marvin took us everywhere we wanted to go, do and see--and told us the background and local knowledge that gave us a better feeling for Roatan. If/when we go back, we'd definitely look forward to using this service again. "The meeting directions that this company provided were fantastic. Ive used other companies at this port and none provide the details I got on this tour. At the location, we met Thalia who was our land guide and marcos the land driver. Me any my friend had a private tour cause we were the only people there. They took us to places that we wanted to see and were very friendly and felt completely safe. There was a slight misunderstanding about which tour we had purchased, but this company fixed it immediately. There was no delay or issues. We then got taken to the boat for our snorkeling tour. We had snorkled before off of a beach, but never out of a boat. Since I am a large guy, I was concerned that if the boat ladder was not well made I would stay on boat. It was a well maintained boat and very sturdy ladder so we joined the snorkeling. Unfortunately the waves that day would push you away from the boat so if you spent 3 minutes looking underwater, you would have to spend 10 minutes swimming back to the boat location. The snorkeling was still enjoyable but calmer waves would have made it perfect. After about an hour snorkeling we got back in van and were dropped off at Port with plenty of time to shop. Highly recommend this company and we thought Thalia was wonderful."

"Christian was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough and informative and he took us to places we never would have known existed. We got to experience the lighthouse, the chocolate & rum factories, the sloths & monkeys, and so much more! But my favorite part was the traditional island dinner - we never would have tried some of those foods if not for Christian. You absolutely have to take this tour if you want to know Roatan!"

"Scenic ride to Tayana beach in a small van driven by our tour guide named Allen. We were part of a group of 3 couples. He stayed with us the entire time, making sure that we got back to the ship with time to spare. Snorkeling at this beach is the best in Roatan."

"These guys absolutely nailed this event. The equipment worked well, the scenery was beautiful, the location top-notch. Raining, mud, ATVs in the jungle...what a combination. All of this pales in comparison to the staff. A special shout out to Big Honey, Little Honey, and Chicken Legs!! I’m sure that all of the staff is great, but these guys went above and beyond. Make sure to ask for them when you get there!"

She drove us around the island, stopping where we wanted—sloth sanctuary, reptile farm, French Key, viewpoint with craft wares, chocolate factory, rum cake factory, and West End beach. Then, we stopped for lunch. Jessica gave us a more authentic look at her island of Roatan in an upbeat, flexible, organized and fun fashion. I would highly recommend Goodman’s!"
