Made for a great experience! We had a good time and got some close photos! She knew where to sit for the best views and explained what all was happening. She was also able to answer all our questions.

Great tour and guide. Was poor on the directions to start the tour at. Its way north at museum entrance. Bring covid paper and passport. We thought it was just a garden tour. It was Sistine chapel and art.

4 Hr Tour: Vatican Museums, Vatican Gardens with skip line passes & St. Peter's
The skip the line entry with someone walking us into the Vatican, getting our headphones and waiting with us till the tour started was good. Our tour guide was excellent. We also had a tour guide in St Peters Basilica. The only negative was we paid about 80 euros for this service and believed our tickets were included in this price. They were not and we were charged another 35 euros for those tickets which were waiting for us before our tour. The tour had about 24 people so I believe there were lots of profit to be had.

Hot weather but the cooling shade and beautiful nature made up for it.

Beautiful view of st Peters basilicas dome with a smart guide who showed us the beautiful gardens and the history behind them. The weather was hot but the trees helped give cooling shade. Landscape was beautiful and the trees were something special

Vatican Gardens Bus Tour with Audioguide & Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel
A great way to get an idea of the Vatican's buildings from the outside and lovely to see the gardens, fountains and statues. If you get chance sit the same side as the driver, as the stops for photos are mostly on that side of the bus and you can't see the sights from the other side. He went quickly past any that are on the right. He was answering texts on his phone much of the time, while driving or at a stop, which was a bit worrying, although there was little else on the roads. There was no guidance on what to do once the tour had finished, you just go inside the museum and make your own way round, but no one mentioned that, so people were unsure of what to do. An enjoyable way to see something more than the museum's exhibits which are stunning and overwhelmingly numerous.

4 Hr Tour: Vatican Museums, Vatican Gardens with skip line passes & St. Peter's
Maggie lead the tour through the Vatican Gardens and a part of the Museum. She was wonderfully knowledgeable and made the tour quite interesting. We could of stayed longer, but left to meet our next tour guide…The best part was the Vatican Tour with Agnes. It was just us and her! She was awesome. Every direction we looked, she had an interesting historical story for what we looked at. She was so full of knowledge of the Vatican! We asked her many, questions and she welcomed every one! She also had an answer for every single question and theory we threw at her! Very kind, very patient and so excited to explain the history and art within the Vatican. After the tour was over, She left us to explore on our own, and gave us some recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful tour Agnes! We enjoyed every moment with you!

The Vatican Gardens all to ourselves away from the crowd

Vatican Gardens Private Tour- Pick up included
We were picked up in a private car at our hotel and brought directly to the Vatican. That tour lasted about 30 mins. Then after a fair walk to the Vatican Museum, then into the gardens. Wow! No words. If you have ever wanted to see these gardens in a private setting, this the way. My wife and I were guided by a member of the research staff of the Vatican archives, and she was beyond compare. It was as if the Pope would be walking around the corner at any moment. Forget the price, just do it!!!

Vatican Gardens Highlights

In the 16th century, Pope Julius II commissioned Donato Bramante to rework the area into a Renaissance design; the architect installed a giant labyrinth, introduced Lebanese cedars, and built a fortified stone wall that’s still standing. In 1902, the Lourdes Grotto, a replica of the miraculous cave in France, was added.
