We had a private tour because it was just us. We weren’t appropriately dressed when we arrived but they directed us to a store to get boots and sneakers."

Our travel guide, Jensie, had excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and adaptable to our needs. For example, in Monteverdi, she recommended we try Zip-Lining which we had never tried before. We decided to give it a go and thoroughly enjoyed it. Another example is she asked if we would be interested in a Chocolate/Coffee Tour. It wasn’t on our itinerary, but thought it would be informative and fun and it was. In addition, we had an excellent driver, Carlos, who not only navigated some challenging roads, but always picked us up at the agreed upon time without any waiting. This tour of the “Volcano, Cloud Forest, and Beach”, really gave us an opportunity to see Costa Rica. We found it reasonably priced and very good value for the money. We would recommend it to anyone."
