"Our driver Koman was the best. Picking us up from our hotel and driving us to the beach to go snorkelling where we met Andre and his team who took us in a boat to the Blue Lagoon area with a reef and tropical fish. Koman then drove us to Teba Sari Coffee and Tegenungan waterfall. We then went on the ATV’s, which was epic. Koman then drove us back to the hotel. Thank you Koman for an amazing day! "Was a beautiful sunrise and no rain during the hike although it sounds like we were lucky to get that during the rainy season. Our driver Adi was great and ready outside the hotel even before pickup. Manut our local guide got us up safely and early before making us breakfast. Overall highly recommend."

"Our guide was punctual (even a little early) and provided us with a great day! There were LOTS to see on this tour and our guide let us go at our own speed while also making sure we had enough time to see everything. He did seem to be tired towards the end, which made us nervous, as he started to doze off and needed to stop for some energizers."

"This was our favourite activity! It is physical as you walk up in the atmosphere and it gets a bit harder to breathe. There are different routes, according to your physical condition and the guide we had, was just a darling: patient and caring."

"My wife and I decided to do this tour on our honeymoon. Our tour guide Yandy (might be spelling wrong) was at our hotel at 02:30 am timely with a bigger Toyota van for us to sit in. It was an 80 min ride to Mount Batur. Yandy has been a tour guide since 1996 and spoke great English. I was able to carry a conversation with him. Once at Mount Batur we met our hiking guide who also spoke English. First off the Mount Batur hike sucked from a physical standpoint, but we were able to take a motorbike from the halfway point to the top. We had an amazing view watching the sunrise over the lake and the ocean in the background. I recommend taking cash with you on the hike because the villagers charge for water and to use the bathroom. We got to the Batur hot springs early and it reminds me of a series of swimming pools with lockers and showers. It was nice to get in the hot springs after the hike and stretch my sore muscles. Yandy waited the whole time. We then left and wen't to a beautiful rice terrece and got take pictures on the swing and other areas of the rice terraces. Simply stunning views. My wife is Russian and we asked Yandy to drop us off at a local Russain restaurant instead of the resort, he had no problem doing it, and even waited for us to eat. I offered to buy him lunch because I was impressed. He declined and sat in the car waiting on us, he was more worried about making sure we were completely satisfied with the tour than dropping us off at the hotel. Simply put, the tour was worth everything we wanted and more. Frankly, at the price, it was worth double for all the events we did that day. We did not pay for anything extra out of pocket but for our lunch. While the tour was memorable, our tour guide made it over the top excellent."
