The Basics
A hub of activity in Gangnam, Garosu-gil attracts locals and travelers, who come to shop, eat, and drink. Garosu-gil is also known for restaurants that fuse Asian and European flavors, as well as art galleries and studios.

How to Get There
Garosu-gil extends from Sinsa Station (Subway Line 3) to Hyundai High School. After getting off the train at Sinsa Station, leave through Exit 8. Walk about 800 feet (250 meters) and you’ll see the street on your left.

The shops, restaurants, and cafés along Garosu-gil are open year-round. One of the prettiest times to visit is during autumn, when the gingko leaves turn shades of yellow and gold.
Attractions in Garosu-gil
Shopping and eating are the main draws to this leafy neighborhood, but there are a couple of other noteworthy attractions nearby. Dosan Park features walking trails and a flower garden. After shopping for cosmetics on Garosu-gil, visit the Coreana Art & Culture Complex, a museum dedicated exclusively to cosmetics and the country’s makeup culture.
