S.E.A. Aquarium
More than 100,000 animals from 1,000 different species make Singapore's S.E.A. Aquarium their home. The largest oceanarium in the world is made up of zones that represent almost 50 marine habitats. Visit the glass-panelled Open Ocean habitat to feel as though you’re standing on the ocean floor.
The Basics
Highlights of the 19-acre (8-hectare) oceanarium include the Shark Seas habitat, home to more than 200 sharks including the endangered hammerhead and silvertop, and the world’s largest collection of manta rays. To get closer to marine life, book an overnight at the aquarium, upgrade to explore the facilities with a marine biologist guide on a VIP tour, or walk on the ocean floor on a Sea Trek experience.

Things to Know Before You Go
In addition to two kiosks selling snacks and cold drinks, S.E.A. Aquarium offers Ocean Restaurant, the only underwater restaurant in Southeast Asia.
With elevators and ramps throughout, the aquarium is fully accessible to travelers in wheelchairs and strollers.
Plan to attend daily shows, when you can see divers feed the animals and watch marine biologists communicate with dolphins.
How to Get There
The aquarium is located on Sentosa Island in Singapore, 10 minutes from Singapore’s Central Business District. It can be reached via train (North-East line or Circle line to Harbour Front station and then Sentosa Express to Waterfront station), bus (routes Nos. 65, 80, 93, 188, 855, 10, 30, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145, or 166 to Vivo City and then bus RWS8) or by cable car (Imbiah station for Sentosa Express).

When to Get There
S.E.A. Aquarium is open daily from mid-morning until early evening. Over summer holidays in Singapore—which encompass Christmas, Easter, and Halloween—the aquarium is particularly busy.
