"Sosa was the most amazing guide for us!!! We got to see so many sloths, tree frogs, vipers, and more!!! Everyone wanted us to see the animals so they all helped us get the best experience when finding them! The hiking trail was beautiful and we then got an amazing Costa Rican lunch! After we went to a swimming area which was beautiful! Sosa made this the best day for me and my family! His 20 years of experience paid off!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The Hacienda hotel staff were very helpful with the timing and all activities. My representative from Native Way wasn't as helpful. It felt as if we only ran into him and he updated us then. Luckily there was no need since the staff at the hotel ran the day themselves."

"Our guide Ivan was great. We were a large group. We were brought to a secluded beach which required a hike. Definitely use bug spray!! You have flashlights for the hike, but once you get to the beach, it’s flashlights off. I have night blindness and get panicked when I can’t see my feet, so the beach walk in the dark was my least favorite part but it was worth it being in the beach and turtles slowly waddling up the beach, and you can hear them clearing out sand to make a place to nest. With nature you need to remember to be patient, but we saw 7 turtles! The guides use red light as it’s least disturbing to the turtles, but we got to witness one turtle up close laying eggs and then retreating back into the ocean. Also the tour doesn’t mention this, but the beach was actually full of bioluminescent plankton, so the walk back in the pitch dark was easier with the sparkles everywhere."

"Loved the ride on the on the beach with Christian. The horses were a little slow, but easy to ride. They seemed well taken care of. Even saw monkeys in the trees!"

"Took the tour on 12/5/22. We were a group of 10 so the tour was just us. The waterfall is just beautiful & we spent some time swimming & taking in the beautiful falls. Nacho, Evan & our driver Miguel were all fabulous & very accommodating & flexible. Nacho even took photos & sent them to me via What's App. We stopped at a non-touristy spot (as we requested)for a traditional Costa Rican lunch which was very good and affordable. We spend some time at a gift shop & never felt rushed. Overall, I would highly recommend the tour & it was definitely a highlight of our trip."
