The triathlon training in Balitri Home Studio is tailored to specific needs for all disciplines (swim, bike, run, strengthening, flexibility, nutrition) all guides present in person (not virtual). The lead coach (Aidy) will do some assessment of the objectives of the triathlon training, the need assessment (skills, power, agility, flexibility etc) then tailor your existing training schedule to meet the objectives by filling the skill gaps and provide you with the schedule while you stay in Bali and pair you with the training buddies and coaches that will help to improve the needed skills.
