"The ATV experience was great start to finish. The welcome drink was delicious, as was the included lunch which was in a beautiful spot. The ATV ride was so fun, even though there were a few issues with the bikes (which we know happens sometimes and didn’t at all effect the day). The ATV guide was wonderful. "Marty the quad bike lead was great, and Candra our driver got us there and back safely in a comfy aircon car. Bring a change of clothes it gets muddy but a shower, swim in the pool and lunch is great. And a Bintang after the ride of course 😊"

"This is a tough hike. It is a constant uphill on what would best be described as a angled rocky stream bed. We were picked up at midnight and started hiking at two. The guides were quiet with limited English but they were caring and attentive. It took us four hours to go the three miles and 4000 feet of elevation gain. The sky was mixed with fog and clouds and the views were wonderful. Coming down it was lightly raining and a bit slippery. The rock is grippy but loose in places. I think it would be possible to not have a guide but for the minimal expense it was well worth it to have a clear route and help if something happened. On the way down the forest was stunning and a bit easier to walk the trail. A great Bali adventure but be ready for it."

"Visit the beautiful agriculture highland and enjoy the cool climate! This 4wd tour goes almost all the way to the Batur peak for you to take great photos of the sunrise without having to hike. There are also 2 other spots on Batur for great photos. The product and guide is quite flexible and you can customise the experience after booking."

"It didn’t have many reviews yet but so lucky I found this tour. I did this for my birthday with my parents. We got picked up at 3:30am at our hotel. It’s early but you need early. It’s about 70 minute drive from Ubud to the Jeep, then 30 minutes to Mt Batur. Grateful for the Jeep and our guide because there was some expert driving required and some steep off-reading! We arrived at 5:30 for a 6:30 sunrise, and our guide expertly found us the last great viewpoint. Lots of other jeeps around so arrive later and it wouldn’t have been good. It was cold though so dress appropriately. The Jeep doesn’t take you to the 1717m summit, I think it takes you about 1400m above sea level. That’s good enough. You can hike the rest if you want but 1400m is high enough to get a great view. He was so hospitable, offering us breakfast and drinks and telling us about some of the local history, and he offered to take photos of our family that turned out great. He spoke excellent English. My mother has recently broken her ribs and shoulder and is still a bit fragile. Our guide was so considerate making sure she was comfortable and helping her out. We did a combo tour of hot springs afterwards, and while the tour and driving was fantastic, the hotsprings itself was mediocre. The pools weren’t that hot and pools were a bit dirty. We left after an hour because we were tired and wanted to go back to our hotel. Dropped off and done by 11:30. Great Jeep and driver. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour for anyone interested in Mt Batur by Jeep."

"What an experience! To get there is a bit of a drive from the city but it was worth it. Beautiful countryside and amazing jungle. The guides were so nice and helpful and it was so much from. Lunch was so delicious. Worth every penny and more"

"This is something different. Explore Mt Batur black sand with ATV led by friendly guide, Ram. He was very knowledgeable with the area and has great sense of humor. Hot spring was soothing before having buffet lunch with amazing view at the restaurant."

"We did ATV in the morning, then had buffet, then had water rafting. Both ATV and water rafting are equally memorable because it was kinda extreme but fun with very kind tour guide. My wife found her new love with ATV. We had soar legs after water rafting because of the long climb and descend from the stairs, but I think it is worth it for the water rafting. Denny was our driver, he is nice and chill, he send us safety from and to the location."

"This tour is very recommended, the tour guide Koming had a lot of knowledge explaining in details on Balinese Culture and Purifying ceremony. The waters are believed to have magic curative powers. People travel from all over Bali to purify themselves in the clear bathing pools. I had a good time with my meditation."
